Winner of the BBC’s national cookery competition, Best Home Cook, Suzie Lee is on a mission to help the people of Northern Ireland make the very best of whatever they have in their cupboards and create gorgeous meals from scratch.

Suzie uses a Rump steak to create Enchiladas with homemade tortilla wraps, the ultimate burger and Beef Ho Fan. All rounded off with Sticky Toffee Pudding.
Chef Suzie lee continues to inspire by creating a two sided, bespoke family quiche, the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich, Egg Fried Rice on BBQ, and a rich chocolate tart.
This week chicken provides inspiration for a succulent roast dinner, sweet and sour and a super food salad. All rounded off with white chocolate and raspberry choux buns.
