Jannine Waddell MBE
Managing Director
As well as overseeing business strategy, Jannine also takes executive responsibility for many of the company’s hit returning series.
Before joining Waddell Media in 2003, Jannine worked in London as the BBC’s Editor for travel programming, responsible for long running series such as Holiday.
David Cumming
Managing Editor
David works alongside the managing director on series development and overseeing ongoing productions. He spent a decade as a freelance producer / director in London before moving to Northern Ireland where he has executive produced many of the Company’s productions.
Andrew McQueen
Head of Finance
Andrew joined as Waddell Media’s Head of Finance in 2023, overseeing the company’s finance and is responsible for all areas of financial management and governance.
Mike McGeagh
Head of Production
Mike has been with Waddell Media since 2008, overseeing all programme output, from initial development and budget negotiations, through production to delivery.
Johnny Schumann
Creative Director, Flickerpix
Johnny is an experienced Animation Director, heading up Waddell Media’s animation department, Flickerpix. He has a strong background working in Computer Animation, Stop-motion Animation and 2D Animation.
Jim Thompson
Head of Post Production
Oversees the running of the Avid edit suites. On-line conforming and grading using Davinci Resolve & Avid Symphony. Responsible for technical reviews, file encoding and file based delivery. Management of archiving, hardware / software and shared DDP storage infrastructure.
